I like creative places. There are 2 HUGE mixed use art facilities near me in California. They are still in the process of being built… and I think there is a need for more of the same. Hopefully the success of these first art communities will inspire developers to build more.

I’m house sitting a mini farm for a few weeks. There are 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 fish and 13 chickens. It’s a beautiful place to be! The woman who lives here is an artist.
